All returns must have prior authorization. Please call. All claims must be made within 5 days (2 days for gemstone globes) after receipt of goods. Special orders are not returnable. Returned items must be in their original condition, well packaged and insured. All return amounts - except for freights, handling and COD charges - may be fully refunded or used toward an exchange.
At this Online Gem Show, individual exhibitors may set their own return policies, which may be posted on the Exhibitors' Homepage, located at this site. Whenever you select a product, you
have many chances to access its vendor's homepage.
