We only use the information we collect on our site to make exhibiting and shopping at Znetshows.com possible. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, period. When you visit Znetshows.com, you may browse the site anonymously and access important information about the online shows or any vendor's products without revealing your identity. We do not use techniques such as "cookies" to collect your information implicitly.
We collect and use customer information in the following ways:
1. Once you decide to make a purchase, we need to help exhibitors collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date (if you choose this payment method), and phone number. This allows the exhibitor from whom you are buying to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. No other exhibitors will be able to access your information.
2. If you are a retailer and wish to access our wholesale show section, we need to know your name, email address, company name, state retail tax number, mailing address, and phone and fax numbers. This will enable our staff to verify your eligibility to access the wholesale section. It will also make ordering online easier, as you won't need to re-enter your information again once you begin ordering.
3. Once you sign up as an exhibitor, we will collect your name, company name, phone and fax numbers, and your email address. Our staff needs this basic information in order to contact you and discuss your wish to exhibit on our online gem show.
4. Once you become a customer of our gem show wholesale section, we may send you an email notifying you of our other new wholesale exhibitors. They may carry some product lines of interest to you. If you are a customer of our retail show section, you may receive an email announcing our other new retail exhibitors along with a brief introduction to their products. If you do not wish to receive such information, please send us an email and let us know.
